Sposób stosowania i dawkowanie
10 sprays deliver 75 mg of optimally absorbable elemental magnesium. Spray between 5 and 10 sprays around the body and massage in well. Ideal after showering or before sleep. Apply anywhere on the body, avoiding delicate areas such as the eyes. For best results, apply to clean skin. Reapply whenever needed. Apply up to 30 minutes before sleep. Skin can be towelled off after massaging in.
