Sposób stosowania i dawkowanie

Mix 1 scoop of HYDE Nightmare with 6–8 oz of cold water. Consume 15–30 minutes prior to intense training or competition. Assess tolerance by taking ½ scoop the first time. Do not consume within 4 hours of bedtime. Do not take any other products that contain caffeine or stimulants while taking HYDE Nightmare.
