Sposób stosowania i dawkowanie
Take 2–4 portions per day depending on frequency and intensity of training and body weight. Dissolve 1 portion (50 g = 1 scoop) in 100 ml of water (adjust to 100–200 ml to taste preference) and drink approximately 30 minutes before or immediately after training.
