For first time users: start by mixing 1 heaping scoop of powder (9.5g) with at least 250ml of water, to test the product’s powerful impact. For regular users: mix 2 heaping scoops of powder (19g) with at least 250–350ml of water. Consume 30 minutes before exercise.

High caffeine content (1840mg/100g; 350mg per serving). Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. Do not use in combination with other caffeinated products. Do not consume with alcohol. Beta-Alanine may cause a harmless, temporary tingling sensation on the skin for some individuals. Consult a physician before use if you have or have a family history of heart disease, thyroid disease, liver disease, kidney disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, recurrent headaches, depression or other psychiatric conditions, glaucoma, difficulty in urinating, prostate enlargement, or seizure disorder. If you are using a monoamine oxidase inhibitor (MAOI), anti-depressants, or any other medication, consult with a physician. Discontinue use two weeks prior to surgery. Do not use if pregnant or nursing. Not for use by those under the age of 18. Keep out of reach of young children. Food supplements do not replace a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. Ponceau 4R (E124) and Indigo Carmine (E132) may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.
