NOW Foods Iron Complex Caps deliver a carefully formulated blend of iron, vitamins and botanical ingredients to support everyday nutritional needs. Each vegetarian capsule provides 27 mg of iron from Ferrous Bisglycinate (Ferrochel®), a highly bioavailable chelated form that is gentle on the digestive system. Iron contributes to normal red blood cell formation, normal oxygen transport in the body, and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

The formula is enhanced with Vitamin C (as Ascorbic Acid), which contributes to normal iron absorption, alongside Vitamin B-12 (as Methylcobalamin) and Folate (as Quatrefolic®, the bioactive (6S)-5-Methyltetrahydrofolate form). Vitamin B-12 and Folate both contribute to normal red blood cell formation, normal homocysteine metabolism, and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin C additionally contributes to normal collagen formation and to the normal function of the immune system.
