Osavi Vitamin B6 P-5-P delivers pyridoxal 5′-phosphate, the biologically active, coenzyme form of vitamin B6, in a convenient once-daily vegan capsule. Because P-5-P does not require hepatic conversion, it is directly available for the body’s biochemical processes, making it a highly efficient way to support your daily vitamin B6 intake.

Vitamin B6 contributes to normal protein and glycogen metabolism, the regulation of hormonal activity, normal psychological function, the normal functioning of the nervous system, the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, and the normal function of the immune system — all authorised health claims under EU Regulation (EC) No 1924/2006.
