Sposób stosowania i dawkowanie

Recommended daily serving: 1 serving per day. Dissolve 1 serving (50 g = 1 scoop) in 100 ml of water (adjust to 100–200 ml to taste preference) and drink approximately 30 minutes before or immediately after training. Take 2–4 servings per day depending on frequency and intensity of training and body weight.
