Each 750g bag contains 90g of elemental magnesium in the form of magnesium chloride hexahydrate flakes, derived from ancient underground seabeds. Simply dissolve them in a warm bath or footbath to create a deeply relaxing mineral soak.

The Relax blend is thoughtfully scented with rose geranium and bergamot essential oils, complemented by naturally occurring aromatic compounds, for a calming, spa-like experience at home. The formula is free from parabens, synthetic colours and fragrances, preservatives, palm oil and palm oil derivatives, making it a clean choice for those who prefer straightforward, purposeful ingredients.

With a recommended use of two to three times per week, BetterYou Magnesium Flakes Relax are an easy addition to your evening wind-down routine. Magnesium chloride hexahydrate flakes, pelargonium roseum (rose geranium) leaf oil, citrus aurantium bergamia (bergamot) peel oil, citronellol, limonene, linalool, geraniol.

Sposób stosowania i dawkowanie

Bath: Add 250g Magnesium Relax Flakes (roughly 2 cups) per bath. Lie back and relax for 20 minutes. Increase amount for a more intensive experience.

Footbath: Add 150g Magnesium Relax Flakes (roughly 1 cup) to approx. 5 litres of water, enough to cover feet. Sit and relax for 20 minutes.

Recommended frequency: 2–3 times per week.
