Each vegetable capsule delivers a carefully selected combination of Melatonin, Elderberry powder, Vitamin C, Vitamin D3 and Zinc — nutrients chosen to work together in one convenient evening dose.

For adults: Take one capsule approximately 20–30 minutes before bedtime.
