Osavi MethylFolate & Methyl-B12 delivers three essential B vitamins in their most bioavailable, active forms — pyridoxal 5′-phosphate (the active form of B6), Quatrefolic® (a patented, highly soluble form of methylfolate), and methylcobalamin (the active form of vitamin B12). By using these ready-to-use coenzyme forms, the product supports optimal absorption without requiring metabolic conversion in the body.
