Vitabiotics Omega-H3 Original is a comprehensive daily supplement capsule combining a broad spectrum of essential vitamins and minerals with Omega-3 fish oil, cod liver oil, garlic concentrate, ginseng extract, pollen extract, amino acids and plant-based actives. This carefully formulated one-a-day capsule is designed to complement a varied and balanced diet, supporting your everyday nutritional needs in a single, convenient softgel capsule.
The formulation includes key B vitamins — B1, B2, B6, B12, niacin, folic acid and pantothenic acid — alongside vitamins A, C, D and E, and essential minerals such as iron, zinc, magnesium, copper, manganese and chromium. Vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune system, vitamin D contributes to the normal function of the immune system and the maintenance of normal bones, and B vitamins such as B6 and B12 contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism.

Sposób stosowania i dawkowanie
One capsule per day is recommended with or immediately after your main meal, with a full glass of water or a cold drink. Two capsules per day may be taken for the first few weeks if required. Only to be taken on a full stomach. Not suitable for children under 12.
