For topical use: Make a paste with warm water until smooth and fine. Massage into skin for a few minutes, avoiding the eye area. Allow the mask to dry, then rinse gently with water and apply moisturiser. Can be used as a face and body mask, in scrubs and cleansers, or as the foundation for homemade beauty recipes. A drop of essential oil may be added. Avoid metallic utensils.

For internal use: Stir one heaped teaspoon in a glass of water before or after food twice a day. After ingestion of medication, a space of at least two hours should be observed.
